The Bistro can be found halfway between the
P. R. Art Museum and the Center for the Popular Arts in Santurce. Situated in one of the historic buildings, adapted to the new infrastructure and right in the heart of history but facing the future, the image of the Bistro can be found between tradition and modernism. Enjoy between *Soupe à l'oignon” (French onion soup), “Steak au poivre” (Crushed pepper tenderloin, flambé with cognac, cream and potatoes au gratin) and its famous “Tarte Tatin” (apple tart).
